Self-Cure Activator (SCA) activates self-priming dental adhesives self-curing component and thus enhances bond between self-priming dental adhesives and dual-/self-cure resin cements(indirect) or dual-/self-cure composites (direct). Indirect use: Self-Cure Activator (SCA) is mixed (1-2s) at a 1:1 ratio with Prime&Bond active, Prime&Bond XP, Prime&Bond NT, prime&bond one ETCH&RINSE or Spectrum bond. The mix is applied on tooth surface, left undisturbed for 20s, blown with air for 5s, then light-cured 10s. Then a dual-cure or self-cure resin cement such as SmartCem2 or core.X flow (or Calibra cement, see IFU) is applied with any indirect restoration (including metal, porcelain and composite based crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, bridge retainers and endodontic posts).
