IPS e.max Press ingots are lithium disilicate glass-ceramic, strength 400 MPa. The Impulse Opal ingots enable the fabrication of restorations with pronounced opalescent properties, and are available in two different brightness values (Opal 1, Opal 2). The ingots are best suited for veneers in light tooth shades, for which an opalescent effect is needed. Ingots can be used with a variety of IPS Ceram materials. Also suided for thin veneers (0.3 mm), inlays/onlays, table tops (occlusal veneers), crowns, bridges in the anterior and premolar region, implant superstructures, hybrid abutments and abutment crowns.
